INDUSTRIAL GOODS VAN
The Yanshi chassis-based industrial goods van, available in 10- or 16-ton versions, is designed for efficient transportation of various goods. It features high build quality and reliability, allowing for safe delivery of goods over long distances. Its design and equipment provide easy access to cargo and ease of use.
The special vehicle is equipped with a universal rectangular van, which can be easily adapted to the various needs of the client.
The body is assembled from monolithic non-joined sandwich panels with insulation, made using frameless technology with vacuum gluing. This design protects the cargo from mechanical damage during accidental impacts or collisions, isolates the cargo space from negative environmental impacts (penetration of vapors, gases, etc.). At the same time, the design eliminates the presence of thermal bridges, which helps maintain an optimal temperature regime inside.
The subframes are coated with two-component polyurethane enamel. Before painting, the parts underwent abrasive blasting, and the painting and drying process was carried out in a special paint and drying chamber, which ensures high quality of the coating. The bottom of the van is additionally covered with galvanized sheet to protect against aggressive road conditions.
The rear overhang has double doors equipped with rubber seals and locks in the open position. A water drainage canopy is installed above the doors, which prevents moisture from getting inside. The fittings used in the design are domestic, rod-type, made in galvanized design.
