"Orien" company thanks you for choosing the Yanshi vehicle and congratulates you on your successful purchase.

Your new vehicle meets the highest standards of quality and reliability and has been fully checked before leaving the factory, which undoubtedly guarantees its long-term and trouble-free operation.

We invite you to have your Yanshi trucks serviced — a scheduled preventive measure that helps maintain the vehicle in good condition and prevents serious malfunctions.

Maintenance is carried out in two stages:
  • Initial operation period service;
  • Main operation period service.

We guarantee the reliability of our work, the use of only original components, and international-level service according to Yanshi standards.

For Yanshi truck warranty service, please contact the official service center of the dealer network. During the warranty period, service center employees will repair defects and replace parts that have failed due to the manufacturer’s fault free of charge. Service applies to all Yanshi trucks.

The warranty is valid provided the truck owner follows the manufacturer’s recommendations for the use of the vehicle. These can be found in the user manual and service book.

The user manual, service book, and any other documents for additional equipment (if available) are handed over with the vehicle. In case of loss of these documents, the buyer is required to contact the manufacturer of the additional equipment to obtain a copy of the lost document.

If defects or malfunctions are detected, please contact the official Yanshi dealer. In some cases, you may need the service book.
Warranty service applies to all Yanshi trucks with time and mileage limitations specified in the contract.
If a warranty issue occurs, the buyer can contact the service center for free repair of components and parts that failed due to the manufacturer’s fault.

Established Warranty Periods

(For vehicles issued by official dealers of LLC "Orien" to buyers starting from August 1, 2024):
1.Yanshi 10, 12, 16
Warranty period: 12 months or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.

2.Parts with special warranty: 6-12 months or 100,000 km, whichever comes first:
3. Parts with a special warranty of 3 months/10,000 km:

  • Glass parts. Deformation, discoloration, delamination and other problems, if it is determined that the problem lies in the quality of the material itself.
  • Tires. Warranty for quality problems such as: bulges, cracks, peeling, etc. under normal driving conditions on the road surface, if it is determined that the problem lies in the quality of the material itself.
  • Rubber and plastic products: such as seals, gaskets, O-rings, poly V-belts, interior and exterior plastic parts, etc., if it is determined that the problem lies in the quality of the material itself.
