FLATBED PLATFORM WITH A CRANE-MANIPULATOR

The flatbed platform based on the Yanshi chassis with a crane-manipulator unit (KMU) is designed for transportation and loading/unloading of various cargoes. The special vehicle provides high mobility and efficiency when performing various tasks in the construction, industrial and logistics sectors.
The model range is represented by flatbed platforms with a KMU based on Yanshi vehicles in 10 and 16 ton versions.

The flatbed platform is made of aluminum, equipped with quick-release sliding posts on the left and right sides for easy access to cargo. The floor made of transport plywood has fastening devices for cargo (rigging brackets). Between the platform and the cabin, a welded metal structure is provided, protecting the cabin from cargo displacement.

Two models of XCMG cable-type crane-manipulators are installed on the platform:
  • XCMG SQS68-4 crane-manipulator (modifications are available based on the Yanshi 10 / Yanshi 10 chassis with a sleeper). It has compact dimensions and high maneuverability. Equipped with a built-in rotary mechanism, an anti-winding device, a horizontal hook with an automatic retractable design. Suitable for light and medium cargo transportation, moving loads up to 3.2 tons over a distance of up to 10 meters.
  • XCMG SQS125 truck-mounted crane (modification based on the Yanshi 16 chassis is available). This more powerful manipulator with a built-in slewing mechanism, anti-winding device and horizontal automatically retractable hook. Suitable for heavy-duty tasks, moving loads up to 5 tons over a distance of up to 12.2 meters. The manipulator control system ensures precision, stability and safety in control, which makes it the optimal choice for solving a wide range of tasks in the field of logistics, construction, and utilities.
Both types of truck-mounted cranes are easy to operate, suitable for work in limited spaces, on small construction sites or warehouses, in urban areas. They perform the functions of a full-fledged crane, thereby reducing the cost of purchasing and maintaining equipment.
